This old house has been my project for many years. We bought it in 1986, lived in and worked on it until we moved in 1992 at which time it became a rental. The last tenants pretty much destroyed it. I moved back in in 2002 and have resumed working on my favorite project. Here's where I'm at at the present:

Summer 2007. Finished my new custom picket fence. Very close in style to the original fence. Rebuilt all 3 stairs leading up to the first floor. Replaced and repaired porch and stair railings. Paint, concrete works, new textured stamped and stained driveway, landscape lighting and a beautiful lawn.
